Pre-return Screening

In order for a resident to return to the new development they must first be screened by property management.  When you are lease compliant and your HOP number comes up, you will receive a letter both regular and certified notifying you that you need to be screened.  

Stateway Community Partners can arrange for a staff member to assist you in this process.
